Louis Neely has been a pastor for 60 years and started the Warehous in 1974 in Sacramento, CA. Pastor Louis loves sharing God’s Word and ministering to anyone that has a need.
Starting out as a missionary evangelist when he was 18 years old he crisscrossed the country in his little Moris Minor Car and then he set out on the mission field supporting the work of indigenous pastors in Asia,Africa and South America before the Lord turned his face back to his own country in the early 1970's.
Having witnessed the real-life impact the Word of God has on people, his faith is unfaltering. He loves to witnes the transformative power of God’s Word in people's lives.
Born and raised in Belgium, Will Hoc brings a global and historical perspective to his Bible teaching ministry weaving in historical context and comparison of modern and ancient times to his Bible teaching.
Raised in Roman-Catholocism, Will grew up attending mass sparsely. He was taught early on the Bible was an obsolete tome that could be interpreted any way but literally. However, his faith would soon be revitalized.
Will’s faith was renewed at the age of 20 following a trip to Mississippi to provide aid for the Hurricane Katrina tragedy. Already committed to helping his fellow man, Will encountered true believers who reformed his faith and revealed his purpose.
As a born-again Christian, he rediscovered the grace of God and attended Calvary Chapel Bible College in Siegen, Germany, and later the Bible College campus in York, England. He would eventually serve as a minister in Belgium.
In September of 2018, he moved to the U.S. to join the CC Downey Staff as the Missions Pastor. In January 2020 he joined the Warehouse Ministries pastoral staff and has proven to be an invaluable asset to our church.
Having attended Warehouse Ministries services since he was a teenager, for Brent, joining our pastoral staff felt preordained. Ultimately, our local connections and commitment to our community set our pastors in Sacramento, CA apart.
After graduating from El Camino High School, he studied at Calvary Chapel Bible College in Twin Peaks, California. Later, he attended American River College and Sacramento State University, eventually earning his Bachelor’s Degree.

Since 2012, he’s had the privilege of serving as a chaplain with the Law Enforcement Chaplaincy in Sacramento. This is critical spiritual support and reiterates our commitment to the community. Currently, he teaches Bible Study on Wednesday nights.
